At The Staff Uniform Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 28-day return policy, initiated within 14 days of receipt, to ensure your peace of mind.
How to Return:
- Use the form above to request a return of items within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
- Provide your order number, email address and then select the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will send you a choice of returns labels.
- Carefully package the items and ship them back to us using the provided return instructions.
- Please make sure you return items from your order together in one parcel as charges apply for multiple returns.
- Please help us reduce emissions and return items from multiple orders together in one parcel, simply create your returns as stated above, pop one of your returns labels on the outside of the parcel and enclose any other labels inside the parcel and we will sort the rest.
Returns Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order via the returns form above, you will then have a further 14 days to return the items back to us, items must be received back within 28 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be returned fit for re-sale, unused, unworn, unwashed and unblemished in any way (i.e. no make-up marks, pet hair, pen marks, smells such as body odour, perfume, deodorant etc)
- Items must be in their original condition, within their packaging, all tags still attached and hangers where applicable.
- Items should be returned folded neatly within their packaging, items received back with significant creasing and requiring work such as steaming to ensure the items are fit for re-sale will incur a charge of £2.00 + Vat per item.
- We kindly ask you returns items in a way in which you would like to receive them
- Items returned unfit for re-sale, will not be accepted.
- Customised or personalized items (such as embroidered logos or names) are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect.
- Items altered by the purchaser are not eligible for return.
- Returns of 10+ garments from the same order will incur restocking charges of £1.50+ Vat per garment.
Return Shipping Costs:
- We will provide one free returns label per order, if you should later decide to return further items from your order, we will deduct £4.99+ Vat from your credit/refund for the use of any further returns labels.
- Returns labels are for use within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only, should you be returning from outside of these areas, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us at the following address, we would suggest using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
- Returns made outside of this process may take longer to be processed and refunded.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Rejected Returns Information:
- Returned back to us outside of policy guidelines will not be refunded
- Items received back after 28 days will not be refunded
- Items returned to an incorrect address will not be refunded
- We will advise you of any rejected returns via email
- Rejected returns can be sent back to you at a standard carriage cost of £5.99 + Vat
- We will hold onto any rejected returns for 14 calandar days, if we have not heard back from you within this time, we will donate these items to a charity of our choice.
